Plastic Audit

A comprehensive Plastic Audit was carried out for a large events warehouse in Sheffield, focusing on reducing plastic waste and identifying sustainable alternatives. The audit examined all plastic consumption, including types, quantities, and disposal methods, providing a clear picture of where reductions could be made.

The findings demonstrated that high-attendance events typically use between 500 and 1,000 single-use plastic cups, highlighting a significant reliance on disposables. This level of consumption represents both an environmental challenge and an opportunity for targeted interventions.
